Our small group programs span the course of several weeks and meet consistently each week. Each block includes regular sessions focused on a specific goal, led by an expert coach. Groups are capped at 6 participants to ensure every member gets personal attention and feedback.

At Forged, small group training isn’t about being lost in a crowd. It’s about finding encouragement, accountability, and community while still receiving individualized coaching. You’ll grow stronger, build consistency, and feel supported every step of the way.

What to Expect

  • Consistency: You’ll meet with the same group for the whole program, building accountability and camaraderie.
  • Guidance: Coaches supervise closely, adjusting workouts and providing feedback to make sure you’re safe and progressing.
  • Flexibility: If you can't make it to a session, our coaches will make sure you have some way to keep up.
  • Support Beyond Sessions: You’ll also have 24/7 studio access in case you want to come in between sessions.

Prerequisites

No prior fitness experience is required. Just book a No-Sweat Intro to see if small group training is right for you, and come as you are.

Strength for Dance

  • For dancers aged 13-18.
  • Build strength and stability, improve core strength, and minimize risk of injury.
  • Meets 2x per week.

Weight Loss

  • For anyone on a weight loss journey.
  • Increase overall movement, build total body strength, and join a supportive community.
  • Meets 2x per week.

Starting Strength

  • For people just getting into weightlifting.
  • Learn foundational exercises, build total body strength, and feel confident in the gym.
  • Meets 3x per week.

PRICING

Small group training is $42.50/session and sold in packages based on the duration of the program. Each program includes 24/7 access to the studio at no additional cost!
