SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Our small group programs run in 8-week blocks and meet for 60 minutes twice a week. This comes out to 16 small group training sessions focused on a specific goal. Groups consist of 3-6 participants with 1 coach. Groups are capped at 6 participants to allow the coach ample time to provide personalized feedback to each participant.

What to expect?

Workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and certain mechanics to scale to the experience and fitness levels of any individual. Workouts are created for you and led by an expert coach, meaning you don't have to plan the workout, you just have to show up!

You'll meet twice a week with the same group of people in your 8-week block. Sessions will typically be 60-minutes and include time to warm up and wind down. Sessions will also be held on a regular schedule (e.g., same days and times) to help build consistency.

Your coach will supervise you and provide you with personalized feedback to make sure you're doing exercises correctly and getting the most out of your workouts. You'll also have 24/7 access to the studio in case you want to come in between sessions!

Prerequisites

No fitness experience is needed for most small group programs. Just book a No-Sweat Intro to see if the program fits with your goals and come to class.

Women's Small Group Training - Meets Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7pm with the goal of building overall strength. You'll meet twice a week for 8 weeks in a small group of 3-6 women + 1 coach.
