FORGED TOGETHER SUBSCRIPTION
We know working on your health and fitness isn’t easy, and you don’t have to do it alone. Forged Together is built to give you a community and ongoing mental health support that pairs with your fitness training, so you can feel stronger inside and out.
Forged Together Subscription Includes:
- Weekly Q&A office hours with our licensed psychologist
- Access to our private WhatsApp community
- Access to a growing mental health resource library

MENTAL FOUNDATIONS ON-RAMP PROGRAM
Lasting success requires more than just an exercise and nutrition plan. It requires a resilient mindset. The Mental Foundations On-Ramp Program is a structured path to help you boost motivation, overcome mental roadblocks, and improve your body image using evidence-based psychology tools. This one-time session is designed to set the foundation for your successful fitness journey.
Mental Foundations On-Ramp Program Includes:
- One 60-minute session with our licensed psychologist
- Help clarifying values and boosting motivation
- Strategies for recognizing and challenging mental roadblocks
