A long time ago, my mom walked into a gym for a free fitness assessment—nervous, but hopeful for change. In just 30 minutes she was completely turned off from fitness, leaving ashamed and disheartened.
She’s no longer here to read this… There were, of course, many things in her life contributing to her worsening health, but I can’t help but wonder what might have been different if she just had the support she needed on her fitness journey.
I haven’t shared this story with many people until now, but it’s just one example of how often fitness experiences go wrong. The fitness industry fails people each and every day, and we stand to change that.
Why Support Matters

During the No Sweat Intro, you’ll sit down with me, Dr. Luis, the owner and a licensed psychologist. This meeting is all about hearing where you’re at on your fitness journey, connecting with your values, and seeing if we have an option that can help you.
If we don’t have an option that works, I try my best to help you find an alternative solution, even if that means connecting you with a competitor.
The first step is often the hardest part, and we’re here to take the pressure off of you.
