Meet the founder: D. Luis Ordaz, Ph.D.
Hi, Iโm Dr. Luis, a licensed psychologist who fell in love with the gym in college. My specialties include body image, binge eating, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). When Iโm not working, you can find me lifting weights, playing video games, or chilling with my partner Shay. My mission is to make mental health resources more accessible to the fitness community.
