What if I've never worked out before?
No problem! We believe fitness doesn't have to be intimidating, so we'll walk you through the basics and support you ever step of the way. You're in the perfect place to start your fitness journey!
What can I expect during personal training?
You’ll get undivided attention from a coach who listens, understands your goals, and tailors strength and functional exercises specifically for you—so every session is effective, focused, and built around what works best for your body.
What kind of exercises can I expect during a workout?
This will vary from person to person, but typically programming will involve strength training exercises either with weights, bodyweight, or machines. The great thing about individualized programming is that any exercise you do will be tailored to your fitness level.
Do I get the chance to meet new friends?
If you want to make friends, our small group training is the perfect option for you! You'll train with one of our coaches in a small group of 3-6 people, make it the ideal option to improve your fitness and make friends. Many members also connect naturally over shared goals and a mutual commitment to both physical and mental well-being. So even if you do 1-on-1 coaching, there are always opportunities to build meaningful connections—without sacrificing your space or focus.
Do I have to stop eating my favorite foods to be healthy?
No! A healthy lifestyle has to be manageable and realistic for the long term. Do enjoy special indulgences and meals! It's all about balance. Many people find success by managing their intake of protein, carbohydrates, and fat, while still enjoying a variety of different foods.

How often do you recommend doing personal training?
We recommend 2–3 sessions per week to see real progress. You’ll make even greater strides by using your 24-hour studio access to train between sessions and stay consistent.
How long does it take to see results?
Results take time, but if you’re consistent, they will come. If you are a beginner, results will come fairly quickly; even in only 30 days, you may start to see a difference in your strength and overall fitness.
What payment methods do you accept?
We take all major credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept personal checks or cash.
Do you provide free refreshments there?
We have filtered water available to our members. Other snacks and drinks are available for purchase.
