I am an ex-powerlifter! I absolutely loved the sport, but I endured some injuries due to a poor routine from my coach. Now I work to prevent that from happening to others! I am very passionate about healthy eating habits, corrective exercise, and teaching others how to build muscle in a healthy and safe way.
I was very insecure when I was younger, and I was raised in a poor home environment. Discovering the gym helped me realize how strong, powerful, and in control I am of my own life. This fueled my drive to work on my own health and fitness goals, which ultimately led me to make a career out of helping others find their strength, physically and mentally.
There is strength and power in the human body, and fitness can help us unlock that potential. I am passionate about helping men and women reconnect with their body, so that they can reach their goals and take back control over their life.
