About Coach

My mom says that my first word was “ball!” I’ve loved playing sports since before I could talk! I have played football, basketball, baseball, soccer, volleyball, and even kickball. I lettered in football, soccer, and volleyball in high school. In college, I turned my attention more towards training and fell in love with the gym and the progress I was making. I wanted to learn more about fitness, so I switched my major to exercise science and never looked back!
