About Coach

Hello! My name is Eli, and I am from Charlottesville Virginia. I recently moved out here to the Tampa area, as moving to a new city has always been a goal of mine, and I believe that life is too short to not follow your dreams and do the things in life that you most desire! Sports have always been a big part of my life. I played baseball and basketball growing up, and I have picked up golf over the last few years as well. My time playing sports not only taught me the importance of teamwork and friendship, but also helped me to develop a baseline of physical fitness.

Turning Point

My turning point took place during the COVID-19 lockdowns. My fitness, diet, and activity level were all in a bad place, and as a result of that so was my mental health. I really struggled to find confidence in myself as I was unhappy with the way I looked and felt on an everyday basis. Through lots of trial and error, I was able to lock in my diet and training, and I completely transformed the way I looked and felt, physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Motivation & Passion

As someone who developed a love for training and experienced the positive benefits firsthand, my motivation for coaching comes from the drive to help others experience the same positive changes I did, and personally, I couldn’t think of a more rewarding career path. I know how daunting the idea of getting into the gym can be, and if I am able to help people get over that initial barrier and improve their fitness, confidence, and overall wellbeing, then that's the greatest fulfillment I could ask for.
