Yes! We currently offer three different programs:
Forged Mastery is our most comprehensive program, ideal for clients who want expert-level guidance across mental and physical health.
Forged Focus is our balanced program that targets one mental challenge while supporting ongoing physical progress.
Forged Spark is our entry-level program, designed for rapid insight and behavior change, that kickstarts your mental and physical fitness journey.

This varies based on the type of session and which program you choose. All sessions are 45-minutes long.
On the mental side, you’ll meet 1-on-1 with our Florida licensed psychologist, Dr. Luis Ordaz, in a private office at Forged Fitness. During that time you’ll learn and practice evidence-based mindset tools to help you on your fitness journey.
For your personal training sessions, you’ll meet 1-on-1 with one of our expert trainers to work toward your fitness goals. You’ll learn different exercises and go through individual workouts under the guidance and support of your personal trainer.
